After undoing all my good work, I’m back. Day One.

B: 2 scrambled eggs, 4 cherry tomatoes

L: Red pepper and lentil soup, cashew nuts

D: Red pepper and lentil soup, low fat Greek yogurt

S: Banana

Total: 708 calories, 31g fat, 71g carbs, 11g fibre, 37g protein.

My intake is very low today however I slept in and I’ve basically been binge eating for the past few months. I’m trying to get my body used to small portions again. Truthfully it’s 11.45pm and I’m not hungry. I’ll eat more if I feel hungry, but I’m not eating more than 1000 calories per day until I’ve lost 7 - 10lbs.  Please bear in mind I’m only 4’9”.
